walls and floors. Comments on design, construction,
subsidence, heave, cracks, damp, rot, woodworm, brickwork,
render, slates, tiles, chimneys, flashings and insulation. It
will not cover ceilings, windows and doors, outbuildings,
boundaries, plumbing, heating, gas, electrical and drainage
